This is a convenience translation. The legally binding version is the German one — in case of discrepancies, the German text prevails.
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under § 312g(1) BGB. We handle withdrawals simply: an informal email to info@moatscan.ai is sufficient — no reason, no questions. Full refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Right of withdrawal — You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (the provider per the Imprint) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal — If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
After the 14 days you may cancel at any time to the end of the current billing period (see Terms § 5). Cancellations are possible via the Stripe customer portal (“menu → Manage subscription”) or by email to info@moatscan.ai.
